Returns/Exchanges
All sales are final. I do not accept returns or refunds (including wrong size purchased). Exchanges are evaluated on a case by case basis. Feel free to reach out with any questions prior to purchase. 

All pieces are carefully and lovingly crafted by hand from raw materials and are subject to slight imperfections. Thank you for understanding that handmade goods are never ‘perfect’ in the way assembly-line products are.

Each piece is unique. Any "flaws" will never affect the overall aesthetic, quality, or durability of the piece.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, severely damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
