Do you take custom orders?

At this time I am not accepting any custom requests.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Do you accept returns?

All sales are final. Please see Refund Policy for more info

Can you resize a ring?

Unfortunately I am unable to resize rings once crafted. Returns for rings not fitting after purchase due to mis-measurements are not accepted.  

How do I care for my jewellery?

GENERAL CARE

  • Take care to avoid contact with hard surfaces; while durable, silver can scratch and stones may chip.
  • Remove any jewellery while swimming, bathing, washing dishes, applying sanitizer etc. Turquoise can break down over time with repetitive exposure to these elements.

STORAGE

  • Store your silver jewellery in an airtight container (eg. ziplock bag) to avoid oxidization.

CLEANING

  • You can clean your pieces with warm soapy water and a soft bristle brush or polishing cloth. Avoid the patina (intentional dark areas) and stones.
  • Please don't use jewellery cleaner or harsh chemicals on your pieces. These will remove the patina and damage the stones.

What materials do you use?

All pieces are made exclusively with 100% .925 sterling silver and fine silver.
All stones are sourced from reputable suppliers and chosen for colour, quality and cut.
